• U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) Guidance on Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA): Includes a Q&A, fact sheet for employers and fact sheet for employees. Among the highlights: The tax credit is NOT retroactive for providing leave before the effective start date of April 1. The fewer than 500 employee threshold counts 1) all employees under a single employer identification number, 2) employees working for you at least 30 days, 3) employees you share with another entity and 4) temporary employees.
