We are pleased to announce our website is now available in Spanish. With the addition, our customers will be able to read a variety of communications, including safety and account information, in their preferred language. 

According to U.S. Census data, nearly 40 million people in America speak Spanish at home. We provide power to tens of thousands of Hispanic customers and receive an average of 1,800 calls per month from customers who prefer to speak Spanish. Offering our website in Spanish allows our customers to choose their preferred language and helps us to better serve our communities.

Customers are able to read in Spanish electrical safety and energy efficiency tips, outage communications – including how to report an outage -- billing assistance information, program offerings and information about our employees and community involvement.

Customers can change the language preference on www.IndianaMichiganPower.com simply by clicking the word “Español” on the top right corner.
