Dona Seger-Lawson

Director of Regulatory Services

Dona Seger-Lawson is an I&M Director of Regulatory Services having primary responsibility for Indiana matters. She is responsible for helping lead the activities of I&M's Regulatory Department and regulatory filings with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.

Dona previously served as Manager, Regulatory Pricing and Analysis at AEP Ohio. In that role, she managed a team responsible for ratemaking, revenue recovery, financial audit review and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining AEP, Dona was with Dayton Power & Light for 25 years, including more than 15 years as Director, Regulatory Operations.

She earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance Administration from Wright State University, where she also holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Management.
