It's National Administrative Professionals’ Day

April 26, 2023

Today, April 26, is National Administrative Professionals’ Day. We have dozens of Administrative Professionals across I&M. The role is important in our daily operations and no two days are ever the same.

Jenn Schrubba

Jenn Schrubba is an Administrative Professional at the D.C. Cook Nuclear Plant in Bridgman, Mich., and she loves the work she does there.

How long have you been with I&M?

10 and a half years.

What roles have you held within our company?

The only role I've held at D.C. Cook Nuclear Plant is working on the executive floor as an Executive Administrative Assistant Sr. I’ve supported several leaders who have been a part of the plant’s senior leadership team both past and present.

What is your favorite part about your job?

I would say the kind leaders I have the opportunity to support and work with each day. There are also numerous friendly department leaders and fellow employees across the organization I get the pleasure of working with and who make up the D.C. Cook Nuclear Plant family.

Why do you enjoy working at I&M?

I enjoy working here because I truly know the work I accomplish is genuinely appreciated by many in the organization. I feel very blessed to be given the opportunity to work with a lot of great people all while doing what I do best - constantly juggling tasks, keeping things organized and when appropriate making people smile and laugh.

Take the time today to thank an Administrative Professional! Their work is truly important and appreciated across I&M.
