St. Joseph Solar Farm

We are currently constructing St. Joseph Solar Farm, our largest solar generating facility, which will be located in St. Joseph County, IN. I&M will own and operate the solar farm, building upon our commitment to a sustainable future. The facility will generate 20 megawatts of sun-fueled energy, enough to power 2,700 homes.

We are working in partnership with the University of Notre Dame on the St. Joseph Solar Farm. Notre Dame is promoting its sustainability goals by committing to support 40 percent of the renewable attributes of the facility. We will also collaborate to capitalize on educational opportunities and research benefits.
