We support brighter futures for our communities. Specifically, we support youth programs that provide educational resources and the promise of future innovations. This is reflected in I&M’s connection with Early Childhood Alliance (ECA) and the sponsorship of their Spark-a-Future event. 

The ECA believes quality early education is not only the foundation to building better futures for young children - it is also the foundation of growing our community. When quality, reliable and affordable early education programs are not available, we lose the opportunity to capitalize on the most important years of brain development for these young individuals.
