For some families, summer involves a full slate of activities and possible travel, making paying your monthly bill one of the last things on your mind. Through I&M’s AutoPay program, bills are paid automatically by connecting your utility and bank accounts. This program will secure payment directly from your bank account every month, ensuring payments are made on time. Customers can log in to their I&M account to setup or manage their AutoPay option.
Another option is I&M’s Average Monthly Payment (AMP) plan. This program offers customers the option to spread out their energy costs over the entire year, making payments about the same each month. Signing up for the AMP plan is simple. Customers can log in to their account and see what their monthly payment will be. If the program and that amount work, simply accept the terms and click “Enroll.” It is that easy.

We recognize that financial hardships can happen. A payment arrangement is an option for customers to help spread payments over a few months while paying your full balance. Customers should log into their I&M account to check eligibility. Need just a few extra days for one payment? A one-time payment extension may be a better choice.
You can also help a loved one with their monthly bill – no account number needed. Direct gifts to a recipient of your choice through our Friends & Family Direct program. You decide the amount to give, and your loved one's account will be credited immediately upon receipt. Download and mail the Friends & Family Direct form to brighten someone's day.
