Andrew Williamson is Vice President Regulatory and Finance of Indiana Michigan Power (I&M), an operating company of American Electric Power (AEP) headquartered in Fort Wayne. He is responsible for the Company’s regulatory activities in Indiana and Michigan and business operations and finance activities.

Andrew began his career at AEP in 2008 in the Accounting Policy group. In 2010 was promoted to Manager of Regulatory Accounting Services in Tulsa, Oklahoma providing accounting and regulatory support for AEP's west operating companies in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas. In 2014, he was named Director Regulatory Services for Indiana Michigan Power and remained in that role until being promoted to Vice President Regulatory and Finance in 2025. Prior to joining AEP, Andrew was an Auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Chicago and Columbus offices.

He is a Certified Public Accountant who graduated magna cum laude from Ohio University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance.
