Andrew Williamson

Director of Regulatory Services

Andrew Williamson is an I&M Director of Regulatory Services having primary responsibility for Michigan matters. He is responsible for leading the activities of I&M's Regulatory Department and regulatory filings with the Michigan Public Service Commission.

Andrew began his career at AEP in 2008 in the Accounting Policy group and, prior to his current role, was the Manager of Regulatory Accounting Services in Tulsa, Oklahoma providing accounting and regulatory support for AEP's west operating companies in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas. Prior to joining AEP, Andrew was an Auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers in their Chicago and Columbus offices.

He is a Certified Public Accountant who graduated magna cum laude from Ohio University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance.
