RFP SEEKS LONG-TERM CAPACITY, ENERGY FOR AEP's PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY OF OKLAHOMA

Public Service Company of Oklahoma (PSO), a subsidiary of American Electric Power (NYSE: AEP), is issuing a Request For Proposals for 260 MW of generation and capacity for a period of 15 years beginning June 1, 2016.

Proposals are due by May 11, 2012.
