Unfortunately, scammers target I&M customers in a variety of ways.

With the addition of one peregrine falcon chick now in the nest box, the time has come to name the next falcon to fly the Fort Wayne skies. And we need your help!

I&M recently filed plans with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) seeking approval to enter into power purchase agreements (PPA) for over 570 megawatts (MW) of wind generation. This proposal supports I&M’s continued efforts to meet the growing energy needs of its customers.

I&M has made a filing with the IURC requesting approval of a certificate of public convenience and necessity (CPCN) to acquire the Oregon Clean Energy Center, an existing 870 megawatt (MW) natural gas plant located in Oregon, Ohio. 

I&M recently submitted its 2024 Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) to the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC). I&M’s plan outlines the transformation the company is undergoing to meet the evolving energy needs of customers while maintaining reliable and consistent power.

To help be weather-ready, I&M has seven simple tips to keep customers prepared and connected during severe weather and possible power outages.

Cook Unit 2 remains at 100 percent power. Power to customers is not expected to be disrupted by the planned Unit 1 outage.

The process will start Monday, March 17 at the generating facility located on Johnson Street near downtown Elkhart.
